I need new tires for my car this week so for a limited time I’m offering summer weekend rentals for $800. The catch? must pay in full through the online paypal form. Normally I have the weekends listed for $1100, or $1200 through my realtor. so take advantage of this big discount while it lasts. The changes will only be up for 2 days.

Full week Rental: $1300 Friday to Friday
Weekend Rate $1100 Friday to Tuesday
Individual Nightly Rate $300 (weekdays only)

3 Blocks from Beach, half block from Bridge Exit. 2 Blocks from Karma and Bamboo
Parties, etc are welcome comfortably sleeps 6+ (800 sq foot condo)
Internet and Cable TV!
Furnished 2 Bedrooms Living room and Kitchen (responsible for own toiletries and garbage removal)
low $250 deposit (just dont break anything or put holes in my walls please)
